• 2. Cancellation must be made within 36 hours to pick up date and if cancellation is not made within that time full price will be charged

• 3. Once order is handed off Brooke's Cakes is no longer responsible for anything that may happen to the cake, cupcakes, or cookies.

• 4. Payment via Cash, Check or Venmo

• 5. MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT ANY ALLERGIES, however cannot guarantee anything is completely allergy free due to the possibility of cross-contamination.
